.NET Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Application Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise-level applications and systems supporting PHIS and SAPC IT initiatives .

This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft development technologies , modern design patterns, cloud-native development, and enterprise system integrations. The successful candidate will play a key role in end-to-end application development , including architecture design, coding, testing, code reviews, and defect resolution.

The developer will also serve as a liaison between IT teams, quality assurance, and business stakeholders , ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable and secure technical solutions.

Lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise-scale web applications

Develop applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Razor Pages, and Web APIs

Build responsive user interfaces using jQuery and Bootstrap

Design and implement RESTful APIs for system integrations

Develop and optimize high-performance SQL Server queries and database solutions

Conduct code reviews, testing, and defect resolution

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes

Support cloud-based architectures and hybrid infrastructures

Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables

Required Skills: Strong experience with C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Razor Pages

Proficiency with Web APIs and RESTful services

Front-end development experience using jQuery and Bootstrap

Advanced SQL Server database development and performance optimization

Familiarity with GitHub and Azure DevOps

Knowledge of modern software architecture and design patterns

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

Understanding of PaaS and SaaS cloud service models

Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications

Experience Requirements 10+ years of experience developing and supporting large-scale web applications

6+ years of hands-on development using

C#.NET

MVC

Web APIs

Razor Pages

jQuery

4+ years of experience with SQL Server database engineering

4+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs

2+ years of experience as a development lead

2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments

1+ year working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and FHIR APIs or similar healthcare standards

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in:

Computer Science

Information Systems

Or a closely related field

Additional Information: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence two days per week in Alhambra, California .
