Balanced Schedule: Closed on Sundays, with weekday hours until 7:00 PM and Saturdays until 6:00 PM.

Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance process, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions.

Maximize profitability by offering customers financial products that meet their needs.

Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender programs, rates, and dealership processes.

Ensure all deals comply with state and federal regulations.

Other duties as assigned.

Lucrative Compensation: $96,000 - $196,000 per year depending on performance, with bonus opportunities.

Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership finance experience highly preferred.

Proven ability to drive profitability and deliver exceptional customer service.

Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.
