Full-stack developer Java

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Java; Spring Boot; Spring Security; and Spring Data JPA.; JUnit; RESTful APIs; SQL Server

Key Responsibilities

• System Design: Architect and scale distributed backend systems that handle high traffic, concurrency, and data throughput.

• API Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput, secure RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Database Management: Optimize database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and manage data persistence using ORM frameworks.

• Security & Auth: Implement and maintain robust security protocols for authentication and authorization.

• Testing Automation: Write comprehensive unit, integration, and regression test suites to ensure high code quality.

• CI/CD & Cloud: Package applications into containers and assist in deploying services to cloud infrastructure.

• Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, memory leaks, and query bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• System Design: Proven experience with distributed systems design, load balancing, caching strategies, and system scalability.

• Data Structures & Algorithms: Strong foundational knowledge of data structures (trees, graphs, hash maps) and algorithms to write highly efficient code.

• Core Java: Deep knowledge of Java 17 or higher, multithreading, and the Collections framework.

• Spring Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.

• Databases: Strong proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools (Hibernate).

• API Design: Proven experience designing clean RESTful web services and integrating with third-party systems.

• Build & Test Tools: Daily experience using Maven or Gradle, alongside testing tools like JUnit and Mockito.

• Version Control: Mastery of Git for branching, merging, and pull requests.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $121,000 a year
