Job Description

  • Previousexperience installing residential battery systems (i.Tesla Powerwall, EnphaseEncharge)
  • Previousexperience managing or overseeing the work of othersrequired
  • Previousexperienceutilizingpower and hand toolsrequired
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)required
  • Must be able tomaintaina high levelof quality assurance with an emphasis on safety
  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring
  • Mustpossessstrong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, andproblem solvingskills

Preferred:

  • Previousexperience with solar PV installation, roofing, or general construction ispreferred
  • Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints
  • Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills
