As a Project Engineer, you'll help drive projects from preconstruction through closeout by managing documentation, tracking project information, coordinating with vendors and trade partners, and ensuring the team has the information needed to keep work moving forward. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their construction management career who wants exposure to the full project lifecycle and a clear path toward Project Manager advancement. Based on the job specification, the role supports project administration, submittals, documentation, vendor coordination, and change management activities.What You'll Do:Manage and track submittals, shop drawings, samples, RFIs, and related project documentationMaintain project files, drawings, specifications, contracts, bid packages, and as-built recordsCoordinate information between project teams, consultants, vendors, and subcontractorsAssist with pricing requests, estimates, proposals, and change order documentationSupport project controls and help ensure critical project information is accurate and up to datePartner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Accountants to keep projects moving forwardMonitor deadlines and support project reporting, compliance, and document management activitiesWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field preferredInternship or professional experience supporting commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, institutional, or residential construction projectsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management softwareA proactive mindset and desire to grow into larger project leadership responsibilitiesHow Vivmark Supports You:We know that our teams are the beating heart of our success and we're committed to showing our appreciation.
