Check out our current project locations below—and stay tuned for even more as new opportunities unfold in 2026!Boise, IDColumbus, MSChicago, ILIrvine, CAWaltham, MANorfolk, VAOmaha, NEHonolulu, HISeattle, WASan Jose, CATucson, AZBoise, IDResponsibilities: Electrical Superintendents' responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Supervise small to medium size construction projectsPerform daily inspections of work performed for Safety, Quality, and ProductivityAct as liaison and coordinator between contractorsSolve problems that ariseEstablish budgetary guidelines for the job, and ensure that cost control measures are being followedProvide job safety training and awareness for all personnelEstablish quality standards of all jobs, and ensure that all quality assurance and company standards are being metDevelop and manage job schedules (e.g. three week, 90 day, man loading), coordinate work with contractors and deliveries with suppliers and ensure inspections are scheduled appropriatelySince our projects are located nationwide, multiple relocations are required on an as needed basisQualifications:A minimum of five years experience as General Foreman or SuperintendentManagement of union labor a plusDirect and supervise crewsBroad understanding of technical electrical systems, including but not limited to:Underground layout and installationInstrumentation installationAbove ground systems layout and installations, including but not limited to:Conduit installations within hazardous locationsCable tray systemsCable pulling in conduit and trayExperience managing 20-50 craft employees at one timePrepared to attend meetings with customers and owners/general contractorsMust have a positive attitude and possess excellent motivational skillsAdapt to new surroundings and new peopleMust be able to access all points of a construction siteMust be able to work with a team and provide inputWorking knowledge of computers and experience with the use of Microsoft Excel and WordWilling to travel and relocate on an as needed basis; nationwideAble to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futureWorking Conditions: Regular, reliable attendance Work productively and meet deadlines timely Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
