A leading national beauty distribution center in Dallas, TX is seeking skilled, safety-focused Equipment Operators (EOs) to support store and e-commerce fulfillment. This role is ideal for experienced Cherry Picker and Reach Truck operators looking for stable work, consistent schedules, and long-term growth opportunities.

Pay & Shifts

Equipment Operator Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift $18.05/hr
• 2nd Shift $19.25/hr
• 3rd Shift $19.05/hr
• 4th Shift $20.05/hr

Normal Schedules:

• 1st Shift MonThurs | 6:00 AM4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift MonThurs | 4:30 PM2:30 AM
• 3rd Shift FriSatSun | 6:00 AM6:00 PM
• 4th Shift FriSatSun | 6:00 PM6:00 AM

Peak Schedules:

• 1st: MonThurs | 5:00 AM4:00 PM
• 2nd: MonThurs | 4:30 PM3:30 AM
• 3rd: FriSatSun | 6:00 AM6:00 PM
• 4th: FriSatSun | 6:00 PM6:00 AM

Overtime available during peak season.

What You'll Do

• Operate Order Picker (Cherry Picker) and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to pick, move, replenish, and stage inventory
• Transport product throughout the warehouse and maintain organized storage areas
• Load/unload trailers and support inbound/outbound operations
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures
• Work consistently and accurately throughout your shift

What You Bring

• Must be 18+
• Previous experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Truck (certification preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for 810 hour shifts
• Comfortable working at heights on an order picker
• Strong attention to safety and equipment operation standards
• Must submit to a background check and drug screen
• Willing to work overtime during peak season
