Job Description

Anthropic is seeking a senior Infrastructure leader to own the configuration and experimentation systems powering our research and product teams. You will drive end-to-end strategy for feature flagging, dynamic configuration, and A/B testing platforms at scale. You will design scalable infrastructure, mentor engineers, and partner with deployment and testing teams to ensure reliable rollouts and measurable impact across research and production workloads.
