Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This team manages communication platform with outbound communications to customers. The day-to-day in this role includes assessing the different reasons that customers could be communicating about (i.e. billing, payments, orders, troubleshooting, etc.) and enhancing the platform. Ideal candidates will understand what the enhancement is, how to architect, develop and take it for closure. This role is 80% architecture and 20% development - all resources on this team are expected to be hands on. General duties also include assessing performance - all solutions need to take into account performance and maintainability, and ensuring the application has 99.99% availability. There is an emphasis on security and also evaluating new technology through POCs for upgrades to the platform. Being hands on is an expectation - code reviews are a part of this role as well.
