Role Overview

We are seeking a self-starter for a Technology Risk and Regulatory Management role focused on Issues Management. This position supports activities that oversee and monitor issues throughout their lifecycle, including action plan development, validation, and reporting. The role provides an opportunity to work with peers across technology teams and gain exposure to senior leaders while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and supporting a culture of risk identification and mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to provide written recommendations.
• Influence stakeholders, gather information, and collaborate across multiple lines of business.
• Produce reporting on critical risk, performance, and operational measures.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather key data and metrics for scorecards.
• Evaluate information, reconcile variances, and present complex data to varied audiences.
• Collaborate with technology and business partners to develop and implement reporting routines.
• Respond to executive requests for metric information and analysis.
• Support activities that oversee and monitor Issues Management throughout the lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, legal, or compliance experience within a financial services or technology organization.
• Ability to research, identify, and perform thematic analysis on data.
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and build consensus.
• Experience performing work in a fast-paced environment with minimal management oversight.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex subject matter to a variety of audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel.
• General knowledge of Opus/CoPilot and ability to decipher results from AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM certification or similar.
• Prior operational risk or compliance experience in the technology arena.
• Detailed, bank-specific risk management and governance experience.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners.
