The Learning Specialist/Facilitator will own the learning experience by leading the in-class and virtual delivery of courses/programs and coaching.In this position you will interact with and impact 7-Eleven team members at all levels—from individual contributors to executives—both new and existing Associates and Franchise Business Owners.The Learning Specialist/Facilitator is charged with effectively managing a classroom, handling logistics, and ensuring a positive experience for all classroom sessions. They are also responsible for sharing key insights with stakeholders.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team and key stakeholders as well as independently to conduct sessions.We are looking for someone who is self-driven and excels at helping individuals translate organizational strategies into actionable behaviors and capabilities that help drive results across the enterprise. This role requires someone who can effectively communicate with and influence senior leaders and Franchise Business Owners.
