PositionSummary TheOperationsManagerisresponsiblefortheoverallmanagement,growth,andoperationalperformanceofadesignatedSpiveyServicesmarket.ThisroleprovidesleadershipforTrafficControloperations,ensuringsafe,efficient,andprofitableservicedeliverywhileestablishinganddevelopingtheorganization'spresencewithinanewgeographicregion.

TheOperationsManagerservesastheprimaryleaderforthelocaloperation,overseeingworkforcemanagement,customerrelationships,safetyandcompliance,operationalexecution,equipmentutilization,andfinancialperformance.Thispositionplaysacriticalroleinbuildinganddevelopingteams,creatingoperationalprocesses,drivingrevenuegrowth,andensuringexceptionalservicetoclients.

TheOperationsManagerisexpectedtooperatewithahighdegreeofautonomywhilemaintainingalignmentwithcompanygoals,policies,andstrategicobjectives.

Monitordailyoperationstoensurequality,efficiency,andcustomersatisfaction

Resolveoperationalchallengesandcustomerconcernsinatimelyandprofessionalmanner

Developoperationalplanstosupportmarketgrowthandexpansion

Ensureadequatestaffing,equipment,andresourcesareavailabletomeetcustomerdemands

WorkforceManagement

PartnerwiththeHumanResourcesdepartmenttorecruit,hire,onboard,anddevelopoperationalpersonnel

Qualifications Required:

Five(5)toseven(7)yearsofprogressiveexperienceinoperations,trafficcontrol,sanitation,publicworks,construction,transportation,orrelatedindustries

Three(3)ormoreyearsofleadershipexperiencemanagingsupervisors,superintendents,ormultipleoperationalteams

Demonstratedexperiencemanagingbudgets,personnel,andoperationalperformance

Strongknowledgeofsafetyregulationsandoperationalcompliancerequirements

Validdriver'slicensewithacceptableMotorVehicleRecord(MVR)

Strongleadership,organizational,communication,andproblem-solvingskills

Abilitytorespondtooperationalemergenciesandafter-hoursbusinessneeds

Preferred:

AmericanTrafficSafetyServicesAssociation(ATSSA)IntermediateCertification
