The Opportunity

FMA builds beautiful remodeling and renovation projects — and we're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to run them. If you take pride in delivering quality work on time and on budget, and you know how to keep crews, subs, and clients all moving in the same direction, we'd like to talk.

This is a role for a seasoned pro who can own projects from start to finish and manage them to their numbers.

Project Execution

Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple remodeling, renovation, and flip projects simultaneously

Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules; identify and resolve delays before they cost time and money

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and crews, holding them to quality, schedule, and scope

Manage material procurement, deliveries, and on-site logistics to keep work flowing

Conduct quality-control inspections and ensure work meets code and company standards

Manage permits, inspections, and relationships with local building officials

What You Bring

5+ years as a Superintendent or senior field manager in residential remodeling and renovations

Strong budgeting and financial experience — you can read a job cost report and manage to it

Solid knowledge of all trades and the full remodel process

Comfort running multiple projects at once

Experience with construction management / cost-tracking software

Great communication and subcontractor-management skills

Valid driver's license

Bilingual and OSHA 30 a plus.

Communication & Leadership

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, ownership, and trades

Provide regular progress, schedule, and budget updates to leadership

Lead safety on every site and enforce OSHA and company safety standards
