Brake Press Operator - Weekend Shift

Industrial Press Brake Operator Pay: $22.51-28.05 + 11.5% Shift Premium Hours: Fri, Sat, Sun, 6am-6pm Location: North Tulsa

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join its evening shift. This is a hands-on position operating CNC press brake equipment to produce high-quality, precision sheet metal components in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys operating precision equipment, and is looking for a stable position with a consistent four-day workweek.

What You'll Do As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and operating CNC hydraulic press brake equipment
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, layouts, sketches, and work instructions
  • Selecting and installing the proper punches, dies, and tooling
  • Loading and running CNC programs independently
  • Producing parts according to tight-tolerance specifications
  • Deburring and finishing parts as needed
  • Inspecting completed parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Using materials efficiently to minimize scrap and waste
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

  • Previous press brake, fabrication, or metal-forming experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience working with precision measuring equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues on the shop floor
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality
