Are you the person who thrives on organization, accountability, and getting things done?:

We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven professional to work directly with Sales & Engineering, and our Global Partners. This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage priorities, drive follow-through, improve efficiencies, and help ensure that critical initiatives move forward across the organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly accountable, and comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization. Six Sigma training, project management experience, or a demonstrated passion for continuous improvement is highly desirable.

Requirements In This Role But Not Limited To

Partner directly with the President/CEO to manage daily priorities and strategic initiatives.

Coordinate and participate in daily operational meetings.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Document meeting minutes, action items, and key decisions.

Track commitments and ensure timely follow-up across departments.

Hold teams accountable for deliverables and deadlines.

Coordinate communication between departments to improve execution and efficiency.

Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel itineraries.

Assist with special projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational planning.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve organizational effectiveness.

Skills For The Role

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.

Ability to influence without direct authority.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar frameworks preferred.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, reporting tools, and business software.
