Location: Mounds View, Minnesota

Shift/Schedule: Full-time, day shift, Monday to Friday

Pay/Compensation: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

About the Role

A fast-paced, safety-first distribution operation is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Mounds View. You will pick, pack and ship industrial supply orders accurately and on time. This is an immediate-start contract in a clean, well-run warehouse.

Assignment Details

Contract assignment, 3 months with possible extension

Work setting: onsite

Openings: 1

Anticipated start: within the next two to three weeks

Core Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners

Receive and inspect inbound shipments against paperwork

Stage and load outbound orders for carriers

Complete cycle counts and report discrepancies

Keep work areas clean, safe and organized

Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements

Required Qualifications

6 or more months of warehouse or distribution experience

Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

Comfortable standing and walking for a full shift

Basic computer and scanner skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift certification

Experience with WMS or ERP systems

Industrial or MRO supply experience

Prior work in a fast-paced distribution or industrial setting

Willingness to cross-train in receiving, shipping and inventory

Strong record of attendance and safe work habits
