Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceAssist maintenance technicians with mechanical, electrical, civil, and general maintenance activities throughout the facility.Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment, utilities, office equipment, and facility infrastructure.Assemble, move, and transport materials handling and maintenance equipment as required.Prepare work areas and job sites to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as equipment lubrication, inspections, and basic repairs.Support facility improvement projects, including drain cleaning, concrete work, partition installation, and related construction activities.Help with basic electrical tasks, including pulling wiring and assisting with equipment connections under supervision.Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe conditions.Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and company procedures while performing assigned duties.What Makes You the Right FitHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, construction, or maintenance environment is preferred.Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or facility maintenance practices.Ability to safely use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment, including wrenches, pipe benders, cutters, and similar tools.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under the guidance of skilled maintenance personnel.Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking for extended periods.Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance, operations, and facilities teams.How You Would Stand OutExperience supporting maintenance activities in a manufacturing or food production environment.Technical training or coursework related to maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or industrial trades.Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and facility support projects.Why Choose Us?Join a global leader in taste, scent, food ingredients, health, and biosciences.Be part of a collaborative team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Gain hands-on experience across multiple maintenance and facility disciplines.Opportunities for career growth and skill development within maintenance and operations.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Help create products that delight consumers around the world every day.At IFF, we believe that your uniqueness unleashes our potential.
