As an administrative assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide a wide range of administrative support to a diverse team of professionals. This role is non-exempt and you will be paid hourly. What you'll be doing: Arranging meetings. Organizing projects. Performing a variety of word processing assignments. Handling proprietary and confidential materials. What we're looking for: Must-haves: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of administrative experience.
