Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Riverwood, IL
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extention)
Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Spring framework, API development, messaging technologies, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of application security and experience working in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Spring framework.
Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services.
Implement and maintain application security using SSL, certificates, and ACLs.
Work with messaging technologies such as Kafka, WebSphere MQ, or RabbitMQ.
Support and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, development, and deployment.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Required Skills Strong experience in Java development and Spring framework.
Knowledge of API design and development.
Understanding of security concepts (SSL, certificates, ACLs).
Experience with messaging technologies (Kafka, WebSphere MQ, RabbitMQ).
Proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD processes.
Preferred Skills Experience in enterprise application architecture.
Knowledge of cloud environments is a plus.
