Client Onboarding Analyst

Job Description

MP RPO is seeking a Benefits Data & Implementation Analyst for a fully remote role in the United States. You will manage data migration, onboarding new clients, and ongoing data maintenance across BenAdmin platforms while coordinating with carriers, brokers, and clients to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in employee benefits, proficiency with benefits platforms (bswift, Selerix, Employee Navigator) and strong Excel & ETL skills to support a compliant,
