We are seeking a motivated, self‑starting, technically proficient Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience. This individual must have working knowledge and a strong understanding of the design process, including, but not limited to the following areas:
Utility Design
Grading plans, drainage
Permitting and Regulatory Coordination
Business Development and/or Project Management experience considered a plus
Desired Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
3+ years experience
Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microstation, HEC-RAS, Hydragraphs/Hydraflow, tr-55
Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Candidates with Professional Engineering registration in WI are preferred.
