Bridge Inspection Project Manager

Bridge Inspection Project Manager - Construction - Base Salary to 120k/year - Indianapolis, IN Our client is a civil engineering firm providing engineering, inspection, design, and construction-related services for transportation infrastructure projects. They are seeking a Bridge Inspection Project Manager to manage bridge and small structure inspection projects throughout Indiana. This position may be based in Indianapolis or Lafayette, with hybrid options potentially available.

Responsibilities: Manage project budgets, schedules, and workloads for bridge and small structure inspection contracts

Coordinate with internal project teams, clients, and other project stakeholders

Perform field inspections of in-service bridges, culverts, and small structures throughout Indiana

Review and approve bridge inspection reports and documentation

Review and approve bridge load rating calculations

Identify bridge and structural deficiencies and develop repair and maintenance recommendations

Prepare cost estimates for recommended bridge and structural repairs

Prioritize repair and maintenance recommendations based on inspection findings and structural conditions

Assist with bridge design calculations and plan development as needed

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering

Active Indiana Professional Engineer (PE) license

INDOT Certified Bridge Inspection Team Leader certification or ability to obtain within 1 year

Previous bridge or transportation engineering experience required

Experience with bridge inspection, structural inspection, transportation infrastructure, or related bridge engineering work

Ability to travel to bridge and culvert inspection sites throughout Indiana and meet company driving requirements

Compensation: Base salary in the 90k - 120k/year range
