Account Manager – Facilities & Property Managemen t

Location: Dallas, TX – Coppell / Southlake area

Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 base + annual bonus

We are conducting a search for an experienced Account Manager to oversee facilities and workplace services for a major corporate client in the Dallas market.

Our client is a global leader in commercial real estate services and integrated facilities management , providing solutions across building operations, engineering, maintenance, property management, and workplace services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management combined with commercial property management experience and the ability to lead teams, manage vendors, build client relationships, and drive operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client and operational leader for the account.

Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, repairs, and projects.

Manage employees, contractors, vendors, and service providers.

Develop strong relationships with client and property management stakeholders.

Manage budgets, operating expenses, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.

Monitor service levels, KPIs, work orders, and overall account performance.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and client satisfaction.

Provide regular operational and financial updates to leadership.

Support account growth and identify additional service opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive facilities management, property management, or building operations experience.

Experience in both facilities management and commercial property management strongly preferred.

Experience managing teams, vendors, contractors, and client relationships.

Strong understanding of building operations and maintenance.

Experience with budgets, financial reporting, and cost management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
