If you are a motivated, proactive leader with a passion for driving transformational change in various technological domains, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Responsibilities:Project and Program LeadershipPlanning and ExecutionTeam LeadershipProject Team ManagementStakeholder Management and CommunicationsProgram/Project GovernanceResource ManagementBudget ManagementRisk and Issue ManagementMonitoring and ControlChange ControlQuality AssuranceVendor ManagementContinuous ImprovementQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience noted belowExperience: 10+ years of progressive, relevant experience in an IT Program Manager role is required.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams is required.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels is required.Experience managing AI and Machine Learning delivery projects is required.Experience with industry standard project management tools (e.g. MS project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps) is required.Proficient at leading large to enterprise-wide highly complex projects.Expert in all aspects of project management including accountability for business case development, end-to-end financial and cost analysis, risk management, and organizational change management.Proficient ability to manage programs involving multiple projects including resource management, generating program-level metrics, program portfolio governance and prioritization.PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)is highly desirable.SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification is highly desirable.In-depth knowledge and hands on experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), as well as relevant industry standards, best practices.Proven ability to plan and execute the work in agile sprints while providing full transparency into the progress to complete the agreed upon project scope in alignment with project level milestones and deliverables is required.Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems development life cycle (SDLC), and enterprise software implementations is required.Proficient in managing, training and guiding direct reports in project management and/or various analysis techniques and methods.Proficiency in using Generative AI tools responsibly and effectively to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making.Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.About Weyerhaeuser:We sustainably manage forests and manufacture products that make the world a better place. We want you to choose us.What We Offer:Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $144,700-$217,100 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.Benefits: When you join our team, you and your dependents will be offered coverage under our comprehensive employee benefits plan, which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use.
