Service Technician

Loyal Source is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our growing team in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and fire alarm systems.

Pay: $32 hourly

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair access control systems, CCTV/video surveillance systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Diagnose system issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Complete service documentation and work orders accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members.
• Maintain company standards for safety, quality, and customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working with:
  • Access Control Systems
  • Video Surveillance/Camera Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.

Preferred Manufacturer Experience

Experience with the following manufacturers is highly preferred:

• DMP
• Bosch
• Brivo
• Hanwha Vision
• AXIS Communications
• Avigilon
• Fire-Lite

Work Schedule & Travel

• Must be able to arrive at the first service ticket by 8:00 AM daily.
• Service territory is primarily within a 90-mile radius of the Jacksonville office.
• No overnight travel required.
• Overtime opportunities may be available based on workload and customer needs.
