Your Responsibilities: Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for returning vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard. This includes cleaning, minor repairs, painting and ensuring each unit is move-in ready. Additional duties may be assigned by the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance, or Regional Supervisor.

What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of general labor and/or skilled trades experience

Ability to follow instructions and meet physical demands of the job

Proficiency with tools and equipment, including vacuums, buffers, ladders, hand tools, carpet cleaners, and more

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Own set of tools

High school diploma or equivalent required
