Warehouse AssociateAs a Warehouse Associate, you will handle, move/store, pack & ship batteries. You will be responsible for shipping orders, receiving inventory and keeping warehouse organized, clean, and clutter free. Duties will include loading and unloading shipments, recording shipment and inventory statuses, and making sure the deliveries properly match purchase orders.Job ResponsibilitiesRead and follow shipping orders for order instructions and prepare the shipment.Read and follow the shipping orders' instructions for the type of transportation needed and prepare labels/documents.Responsible for preparing shipments on-time and accurately.Collect documentation for outbound freight. Record the shipping activity in the company database.Contact carrier representatives to arrange and provide instructions for loading shipment.Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing shipments.Receiving duties will include unloading and unpacking shipments and checking the shipment received against the invoices.Maintain an inventory count and ensure the database is updated in a timely manner.Maintain an organized, clean and clutter-free Warehouse.Perform other duties and responsibilities.Dangerous Goods/Hazardous handling
