Prototype ArchitectWe are seeking an Architectural Project Manager with commercial prototype project experience for a Prototype Architect position.This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Fort Worth, TX.The Project Manager will manage multiple prototype projects simultaneously including:oversee and coordinate all stages of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project completion.managing project team, construction admin, and site visits.work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with project goals and budgets.Qualifications:Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to oversee all phases of a project from initiation to completionExperience with construction administration and ensuring compliance with architectural and regulatory standardsensuring effective coordination of resources and personnelExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilitiesProficiency with AutoCAD / Revit is a plusMasters or Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperience with prototype retail/ commercial / restaurant projects is REQUIREDAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clientsMust have architecture experience with projects in the USA.Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or current Employment Authorization Document Holder with NO visa sponsorships required now or in the future.
