Work Location: In person/ hybrid throughout the greater Los Angeles area
Alpha Cohort Fellowship is a mentorship-driven career development fellowship that connects local college students with professional host companies for meaningful real‑world internship opportunities.
Internship Overview
Our internships are designed for motivated college students interested in technology, business operations, finance, marketing, or project coordination.
Fellows will gain hands‑on experience supporting real client projects while developing professional skills through mentorship and collaborative team work.
Responsibilities
Support project coordination and business operations activities
Assist with research, reporting, and internal documentation
Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
Support financial tracking, budgeting, or operational analysis
Participate in team meetings and special projects
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
Interest in technology, business, finance, marketing, or operations
Strong communication and analytical skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional environment
