Management Associate

Job Description

Management AssociateAltheda Medical Center is seeking a Management Associate to support daily clinic operations, staff coordination, workflow improvement, and administrative reporting across our growing medical practice. This position will work closely with the Operations Associate and the Managing Partner to help ensure that the clinic runs smoothly, staff members are supported and accountable, and operational priorities are followed through to completion. This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in healthcare operations, practice management, team leadership, and business administration.The Management Associate will assist with:Supporting daily clinic operations and administrative workflowsMonitoring staff task completion, attendance, training, and follow-throughHelping prepare operational reports, staff updates, and workflow summariesAssisting with onboarding, training, and performance tracking for support staffIdentifying workflow gaps and helping improve internal processesSupporting scheduling, patient communication workflows, and provider request trackingHelping draft and update standard operating procedures and training materialsWorking with leadership on special projects involving operations, technology, compliance, and process improvementThis role may involve coordination across front desk, medical assistant, remote administrative, and provider-support workflows.The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-moving healthcare environment. Strong candidates should be able to communicate clearly, follow through on details, and work well with both leadership and staff. Preferred qualities include:Strong organizational and communication skillsHigh attention to detailComfort using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and digital systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks at onceProfessional judgment and discretionInterest in healthcare operations, management, compliance, or administrationWillingness to learn, take ownership, and grow with the organizationPrior experience in healthcare, medical assisting, healthcare administration, operations, project coordination, or team leadership is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.Salary Range: $45,000–$53,000 annually. Compensation will depend on experience, reliability, judgment, communication skills, organizational ability, and demonstrated ability to take ownership of operational responsibilities.This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into higher-level responsibility within healthcare operations. Strong performance may create opportunities for expanded responsibilities, compensation growth, and advancement within the organization over time.
