Job Title

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and production specifications
• Operate welding equipment and basic fabrication tools safely
• Inspect weld quality and ensure products meet company standards
• Assist with fitting, grinding, and material preparation as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
• Assist in other production areas when needed

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience preferred but not required
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read tape measures and basic drawings
• Ability to lift, move, and handle steel materials
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work overtime when necessary

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods of time
• Frequent lifting, bending, and repetitive motion
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and steel materials
