The responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using Appian's Low-Code Platform and related technologies. The role involves implementing back-end processes, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for software development.Strong ethics and strong communication skills are a must-have and are essential to a successful career at Zimpatica. The ability to understand the customer, translate their needs into code, and know when to recommend against a customer request are important skills and beneficial to the job.Hybrid work:At Zimpatica we strongly believe that in-person collaboration is essential to the job, especially during the first few months during our intense onboarding, training and project work period. Initially 4 days/week on-site is required. At the 6-month mark or earlier, it is reduced to 2 days/week on-site required.Location:We are within short walking distance to the Mosaic District, which offers numerous dining, happy hour venues, and retail stores.
