The AWS Cloud Hardware Development Engineering position involves end-to-end ownership of designing and operating a new segment of accelerated servers for AWS infrastructure. The role requires developing server boards, managing third-party ODMs, integrating hardware components and firmware/software stacks, and ensuring high-quality designs. Key responsibilities include working with customers to understand technical needs, collaborating within interdisciplinary teams of engineers, leading design and manufacturing partners, troubleshooting systemic hardware issues, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring fleet performance post-launch. The position demands cross-functional leadership to deliver servers that meet AWS's high standards for quality and performance. (40 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $209997 - $215300)
