Director of Program Management

Program ManagerVTG is seeking a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of Task Order execution, including staffing, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to SLAs. What will you do?Leads planning, execution, and oversight of complex IT and cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and mission priorities.Coordinates resources, schedules, risks, and deliverables across government, contractor, and vendor stakeholders.Develops and maintains program artifacts including integrated master schedules, risk registers, performance reports, and transition plans.Serves as the primary point of contact for government leadership on task execution, status updates, and escalation management.Monitors performance metrics, financial execution, and contract compliance to support informed decision-making.Facilitates stakeholder engagement, governance board coordination, and continuous communication across technical and business units.Do you have what it takes?Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.7+ years of Program Management experience6+ years of directly-related professional work experienceBachelors degree in a related field (such as: Business Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management); or possess an advanced degree in a related field with 5+ years of directly-related work experience.PMP CertificationExperience managing a Program with more than 50 FTE including multiple subcontractors.Experience managing and IDIQ.Experience managing Software Development/Engineering Programs.Experience managing Completion Based contracts.This position is contingent upon contract award.
