DutiesServes as a key military liaison and advisor providing guidance on Guard, Reserve, Individual Mobilization Augmentees (IMAs), and Funded Reimbursable Authority (FRA) Components.Recruitment, interviewing and hiring Guard, Reserve, IMA, and FRA components personnel to support the DCDC.Manages Guard and Reserve programs fiscal provisions ensuring proper billing, collection. Additionally providing accurate cost, schedule, and performance data.Develops and interprets Guard and Reserve policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Tracks, accepts, and processes Guard, Reserve, IMA and FRA incoming orders and funding documents from external federal agencies.
