Security Guard

We are seeking dependable, professional Security Guards to provide security services at client locations. Security Guards are responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, observing and reporting suspicious activity, assisting employees and customers, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence.
• Observe and report suspicious or criminal activity.
• Conduct assigned foot patrols and monitor designated areas.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points as assigned.
• Assist employees, customers, visitors, and management when appropriate.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies in accordance with company and client procedures.
• Contact law enforcement, fire, or emergency medical services when necessary.
• Complete accurate and timely incident and daily activity reports.
• Follow all post orders, company policies, and client-specific procedures.
• Use professional communication and de‑scalation techniques when dealing with difficult situations.
• Protect persons and property while remaining professional and customer‑service oriented.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous security, military, law enforcement, corrections, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable and able to report to assigned shifts on time.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to remain alert and professional throughout the assigned shift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods when required.
• Must meet all applicable licensing and training requirements for the assigned position.

Position Details

Positions may include armed or unarmed assignments depending on the client location and qualifications of the applicant. Available assignments may include retail, commercial properties, residential communities, events, healthcare facilities, construction sites, and other security environments.

Schedules may include days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
