Job Description

The Executive Assistant provides high-level strategic and administrative support to the executive, serving as a trusted partner who enables effective leadership, operational efficiency, and organizational success. This role is responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating day-to-day office operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and business activities.Key Job Responsibilities:Executive operationsCalendar management and prioritizationTravel planning and coordinationExpense management oversightExecutive communicationsPowerPoint development and formattingCoordination of executive presentations for: Pulse Quarterlies, MC, ELTLeadership communications supportPreparation of meeting materials and pre-reads as neededDrafting and editing executive correspondenceLeadership team coordinationHospitality and event managementOffice and facilities supportAI-enabled information managementQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, Management, or a related field preferred.5+ years of progressively responsible executive administrative experience, preferably within a complex, global organization.Demonstrated experience serving as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, board meetings, leadership off-sites, and complex domestic and international travel.Proven experience preparing executive presentations, board materials, reports, and communications for senior leadership audiences.Experience managing executive office operations, including budgeting, expense management, vendor coordination, and administrative processes.Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking deliverables, and following up on executive action items.Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism.Company Benefits:Komatsu provides an extensive and robust employee benefits package that is designed to enhance the well-being of our employees and family members.
