The Role

TheServiceCoordinatoris responsible forallocatingthe company's deployableserviceresources. This role schedules the arrival oftechnicians and subcontractors at job sites, ensures clear communication with clients, and maintains records of completed work to supportserviceinvoicing and warranty tracking, while embodying our six core values: collaborative, accountable, proactive, curious, passionate, and creative.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Sales andServiceteams with available dates for requested resources.
  • Updates work orders and job management software so that all parties stay informed on dispatch details.
  • Seeks verification from warehouseandpurchasingmanagersregardingexpected arrival of products.
  • Manages all communications of upcoming appointments to clients, including delays and late arrivals.
  • Obtains gate codes and site access requirements and communicates them to deployed teams.
  • Prioritizes resources in alignment with company values:Ensuring client needs are met.
  • Informs all parties of delays, cancellations, and scheduling restrictions.
  • Schedules effectively based on priority ofserviceneeds, drive time, and expectedtechnicianefficiency.
  • Reads daily notes,disseminatesreported information appropriately, and coordinates required action items.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Time management, scheduling, orlogisticsexperience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple moving parts at once.
  • Comfortable becoming proficient in in-housejob management software.
  • Strong customerserviceskills:Including experience with high-profile, high-demand clients.
  • Ability to manage time wisely with limited supervision.
  • Guardianship and preservation of client confidentiality and network/homesecurity.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolongedperiodssitting and working at a desk or computer.
  • May require standing or stooping for extended periods.
