CDL Driver

We are looking for a dedicated and professional CDL Driver to join our client's team in the logistics sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring timely and secure delivery of materials, maintaining excellent customer service, and adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials by the time scheduled by your supervisor.
• Validate directions and assist branch in pulling material.
• Operate a forklift and load/unload delivery vehicles.
• Ensure that material is properly secured and within weight limits.
• Communicate with your supervisor throughout the day.
• Pick up customer returns and validate that product matches request for credit.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and regulations.
• Represent the company in a professional manner, ensuring quality customer service.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hold a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License for at least one year.
• At least one year of experience driving the class of vehicles assigned.
• Ability to take direction and possess strong customer service skills.
• Strong attendance and understanding of construction/underground utility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with operating flatbed and pickup trucks—Double axel.
• Familiarity with warehouse duties and loading trucks.
