We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to monitor and maintain vendor-supported applications in a production environment.
About the Role
This role involves scheduling jobs using Autosys, analyzing logs across Unix and Windows servers, and performing basic SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server databases.
Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain vendor-supported applications in a production environment.
Analyze logs across Unix and Windows servers.
Perform basic SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server databases.
Interact with business users, troubleshoot issues, and manage tickets.
Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend monitoring.
Qualifications
Ability to write basic Unix commands for log searching.
SQL Server and Oracle experience.
Basic SQL scripting.
Exposure to Mulesoft.
J2EE knowledge.
Required Skills
Coding experience with Java.
Pay range and compensation package
Pay Rate: $36/hr
Duration: 12 months with extensions to 18-24 months
