Description

Must be able to work independently. Must comply with all company policies and procedures. Ensure protection of proprietary company and confidential client/consumer information. Model appropriate behavior strategies. Provide consultation to support staff and supervisors.

Qualifications

College degree and/or certificate (RBT) in related field. (Preferred)

Must be able to pass and maintain a clear background check through the Department of Justice, in compliance of Title 17 and program design regulations.

Previous experience in ABA-required Ability to demonstrate knowledge of ABA principles.

Experience in the field or working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Experience with individuals with behavioral challenges Computer literate in Microsoft Windows software & ability to learn new software easily

Organized, good attention to detail, and excellent time management Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Ability to communicate with diverse audiences

Legal and Reliable transportation to drive on company time for company business.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities. xsgimln
