Why This Role is Special

This is a true early-stage builder role. You'll be one of the firstsenior engineers, part of the first generation of engineering in agrowing company. You will:

Influence architecture, standards, and core technical decisions early

Work closely with founders and product leadership

Ship quickly, with real feedback loops, and build the right foundationas we scale

What You'll Do

Build customer-facing product features end-to-end (backend + frontendas needed)

Develop AI-enabled workflows and internal tooling that improve productcapabilities

Design APIs, data models, and services that scale with usage

Improve reliability, observability, and performance

Collaborate cross-functionally to turn vague problems into shippedproduct

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of professional software engineering experience (orequivalent)

Strong backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, services)

Product mindset and strong ownership

Comfort operating in ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

Clear communication and strong collaboration skills

Bonus Points (not required)

Startup experience

Experience with LLM / AI-enabled systems (retrieval, evals, agent/toolpatterns)

Strong frontend (React / Next.js)

Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP), monitoring/logging
