Senior Software Engineer

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and operational environments, with strong expertise in .NET, AWS, SQL, production support, deployments, and troubleshooting .

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support Development, UAT, and Production environments.

• Monitor application health, system performance, and operational dashboards.

• Troubleshoot production incidents, application issues, and data processing failures.

• Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions.

• Work with project managers to investigate and resolve client-reported issues.

• Support data processing, operational workflows, and scheduled jobs.

• Participate in production support and release activities.

• Maintain deployment scripts, release procedures, environment configurations, and application settings.

• Improve operational monitoring and alerting capabilities.

• Support AWS-hosted environments, cloud resources, scalability, monitoring, and logging.

• Troubleshoot .NET applications and services and support application enhancements and defect resolution.

• Develop utility programs, automation tools, and operational scripts.

• Assist with code reviews and release readiness.

• Support database development and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and operational environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.

• Experience with .NET applications, AWS, and deployment/release processes .

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong SQL skills, including query development, stored procedures, data analysis, and troubleshooting data issues .
