TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to support a large-scale initiative converting Windows-based workstations to the IGEL thin-client platform across Houston healthcare campuses.
You will deploy devices, validate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and document migration outcomes with clinical teams, while providing on-site end-user support and collaborating with Endpoint Engineering and Service Operations. Travel to facilities will be required.
