Data/Business AnalystThis Analyst will join a small, agile team consisting of 11 analysts focused on Address Quality and Serviceability initiatives. The role is responsible for researching and analyzing address quality and serviceability data using SQL and advanced Excel capabilities, including complex, multi-layered pivot table analysis, to answer critical business questions and support operational decision-making. Key responsibilities include 50% address quality research, 25% address serviceability research, and 25% override and escalation analysis, with a focus on identifying trends, auditing data, and resolving issues through detailed analysis. Some of the projects include automating the transfer of customer-entered address information from front-end applications into billing systems, helping streamline processes and reduce customer service interactions.
