Forklift OperatorJoin our team as a weekend shift forklift operator. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6am to 6:30pm. Employees are paid for 40 hours provided they work the scheduled 36 hours and do not leave early. We seek motivated individuals with a high focus on safety, attention to detail, urgency, reliability, and a positive attitude.ResponsibilitiesOperate forklift for material handling with precision and safety.Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.Maintain high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate with a small team to navigate tight spaces effectively.Participate in mandatory overtime occasionally on Fridays.Essential Skills5+ years of forklift driving experience.Strong attention to detail.Ability to move quickly and efficiently in tight spaces.Comfortable around heavy equipment.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust read and write English.Basic math knowledge and ability to read a tape measure.Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Why Work Here?As a family-owned and operated company since 1967, we are proud to offer a supportive work environment. The environment is fast-paced, requiring mental and physical agility, and safety is our top priority.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
