Full Stack DeveloperThe Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to support mission-critical systems in a secure environment. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience with Python, modern frontend expertise with JavaScript (Vue.js/Angular.JS/React.JS) and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team focused on national security and investigative operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain secure full-stack applications supporting FBI operational and analytical missions.Build and optimize backend services using Python frameworksDevelop responsive, modular, and reusable UI components using Vue.js/Angular.JS/React.JSIntegrate frontend and backend components via RESTful APIs or GraphQL.Implement strong authentication, authorization, and data-handling practices consistent with federal security standards.Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and system architects to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Maintain documentation, perform code reviews, and follow secure coding best practices.Troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and enhance performance of existing systems.Required QualificationsActive Top Secret clearance (TS). TS/SCI strongly preferred.3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.Proficiency in Python backend development (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar).Strong experience in modern JavaScript ecosystems like Vue.js/Angular.JS/React.JSKnowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.Understanding of secure coding, encryption, and data-protection techniques.Ability to work in an on-site, classified environment and follow federal security protocols.
