Senior Software Developer (BPM)Location: Durham, NC/Westlake, TX, Hybrid from SEPDuration: 12+ monthsJob Description:Minimum of 3-5 years of technical experience with strong background in implementation of BPMN solutionsProven development experience in Java/Groovy and JavaScriptExperience in BPM and DMN tools (preferably Camunda/Alfresco Activiti), Expression Language and Form.ioImplementation and domain expertise in BPMN, Software Engineering and Solution ArchitectureExperience collaborating closely with business and technical teams to define and implement end to end BPM solutionsCollaborate with Business Analysts and design leads to implement BPM solutions using CamundaProvide technical leadership and expert level mentorship to a team of BPM developersKnowledge of Agile methodology and experience working on agile projectsExperience in business process improvement or business process re-engineering projectsExperience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plusCertifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure) is a plus.Knowledge of system development methodology and analytical/problem solving skillsCollaborative working style with strong interpersonal and relationship management, and analytical skillsAbility to work in a multi-functional and cross-organizational discussions to surface requirements and design considerationsAbility to understand business challenges and objectives and translate those into a designAbility to analyze business problems and suggest technical solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication, organization, and time management skillsAbility to engage with business partners to understand workflows and client needs and transform those requirements into an implemented automated business process
