Penske Logistics is seeking a proven leader to supervise drivers at a Jacksonville location, guiding daily operations to meet customer requirements and company objectives. You will manage hourly staff, coordinate loading/unloading, driver deliveries, and ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 am–9:00 pm, with peak-season flexibility and bonus eligibility based on performance.
