Hospitals, hotels, schools, bridges, airports and more.Come build a career you believe in.About the RoleAs a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator at Wheatland Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in managing warehouse inventory, maintaining system accuracy, and coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations. This role supports safe and efficient material movement by overseeing scheduling, documentation, load preparation, and system troubleshooting. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and confident working in SAP and warehouse systems.What You’ll DoLead and promote health and safety work practices in accordance with regulatory agencies and company policy.Maintain weekly warehouse team member schedules to support operational coverage.Identify and build loads for material that can be stored outside directly off the mills.Maintain daily warehouse documentation including mobile equipment inspections, scanner/device log sheets, and daily safety checklists.Troubleshoot and correct SAP shipping-related issues to support timely and accurate shipments.Manage and order weekly warehouse dunnage requirements.Submit purchase requisitions for warehouse needs.Partner with load build teams to ensure loads are built correctly to fit trailers safely and efficiently.Perform other duties as assigned.Maintain regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance as an essential function of the role.Who You AreHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical degree preferred.Work-related experience preferred.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and MES.Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Understanding of production procedures and warehouse operations.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Physical AbilitiesAbility to perform physical tasks required in a warehouse and manufacturing environment, including standing, walking, and handling materials as needed.Ability to work safely around moving equipment and in areas with industrial hazards.What You’ll GetZekelman Industries offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including low-cost, high-quality medical and dental benefits.
